Since creating Evolve Recovery Coaching in 2020, Caroline has worked as a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, Support Coordinator, and Sober Coach, helping people navigate the complexities of mental health, disability, and sobriety. With a background in nutrition, trauma-informed care, and life coaching, she brings a holistic approach to her work, blending practical strategies with genuine empathy.

Before transitioning to the recovery space, Caroline gained valuable experience working as a Project Coordinator in the corporate world. This background, combined with her international certification in recovery coaching and her certification and experience as a SHE RECOVERS coach, allows her to offer a unique perspective and a well-rounded approach to support.

Caroline’s approach is rooted in building strong, respectful relationships where clients feel heard, supported, and encouraged. Currently furthering her expertise with a Certificate IV in Mental Health, she is committed to guiding her clients toward a full and fulfilling life. Whether it’s navigating the NDIS, managing mental health, or maintaining sobriety, Caroline is here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Juanita Kowalew is a dedicated psychosocial recovery coach and support coordinator who is committed to empowering people, families, and children with disabilities. With years of experience in the field, she likes to create inclusive environments that foster her clients’ growth, resilience, and well-being. Juanita’s holistic approach integrates her background in special needs coaching with her artistic talents and spiritual insights, allowing her to address the unique challenges faced by individuals and families navigating the complexities of disability.

As a psychosocial recovery coach, Juanita employs a compassionate and empathetic methodology, focusing on each individual’s strengths and aspirations.
